Following are questions and answers for commonly asked questions.
- I'm a parent with 3 kids seeing your providers. Can I link all of the accounts under my username?
- Yes, we can link all accounts until a single username. Please contact support@stasisbehavioralhealth.com and provide your preferred email address, along with the full name and date of birth of each of your children along with your request.
- Am I supposed to complete all of the documents that were sent to me between appointments?
- Yes, these should be completed prior to your next visit.
- Is my information secure?
- Yes, we will not share your information with anybody without your consent. Even if we receive a signed consent via fax or email from somebody, we will contact you to confirm you consent to sharing your information.
- My portal account shows a balance. My insurance should have covered my expenses. What happened?
- We are not in network with any public or private insurance. As a courtesy and upon request, we will submit your claims to your insurance for a fee of $5 per claim. On your electronic claim that we submit, we select the option to have any out of network benefits to be paid directly to you. Be aware that you must meet any out of network deductibles before your insurance will pay for your out of network claims. Please contact your insurance if you have questions.
