Optional Electronic Submission of Primary Claims

As a courtesy to our patients, we will submit primary insurance claims to your insurance company electronically on your behalf. In this case, you will pay at the time of service and your insurance will send you payment to your address on file based on your plan's out of network coverage. We do not submit secondary claims. In order to do this, you should print your EOB from your insurance company after your claim is processed along with the superbill that is created within your portal account. In order to cover our costs for this service, there is a fee of $5 per claim submission.
